All our products are crafted to order using precision 3D printing. Because each item is manufactured specifically for you, please review our shipping details below:

1. Delivery Timeline & Potential Delays

• Standard Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be printed, processed, and delivered.

• Potential Delays: Because everything is made to order, delivery times may occasionally extend during periods of high order volumes, complex custom prints, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items meet our quality standards.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your total order value:

• Orders under ₹1,499: Flat shipping fee of ₹150 (subject to change).

• Orders of ₹1,499 and above: FREE Shipping.

3. Tracking & Address Accuracy

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order dispatches.

• Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. AXIS & FILAMENT is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Re-shipping fees for returned packages will be borne by the customer.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please email axisandfilament@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
